John J. Gilmour is a native of South Buffalo who earned his law degree at the Cleveland Marshall School of Law in 2003. He began his law career as an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Corporation Counsel. He left to start his own private practice in Lackawanna, and then moved on to become a partner at Gilmour & Killelea, LLP on Main Street in the Village of Hamburg.

Erik T. Bohen

Running for Buffalo School Board, Park District

Erik Bohen, a lifelong resident of South Buffalo, attended St. Martin’s Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Timon-St. Jude High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Special Education from St. Bonaventure University and a Master of Science degree in Special Education from Canisius College. Erik has been a special education teacher in the Buffalo Public School District for the past 13 years, engaging in numerous school involvement activities. He is also known for organizing several races to generate funds for scholarships for students.
